Report, update or remove a listing

Email info@worldshops.co.uk with the address of the page and tell us what's wrong. You don't need an account.

• Your shop is listed and something's wrong, or you'd rather not be listed. We'll correct or remove it. Removal requests from the shop, or from anyone named on the listing, are always honoured.
• A listing shows a home address or a personal phone number. Tell us and we'll take it down straight away.
• A shop has closed or the details are wrong. Anyone can tell us, and we'll recheck it against the shop's own details.
• Photos or logos. A shop can withdraw permission at any time and we'll remove them.

We aim to deal with every request within 2 working days, and we'll email you back to confirm.

Worried about a shop or something you bought?

We're a directory, not the seller, so please contact the shop first. If that doesn't sort it out, the Citizens Advice consumer helpline (0808 223 1133) can help and passes reports to Trading Standards. If you think a listed shop is selling fake branded goods, let us know as well and we'll look into it.
